1. In the following agreement, the company refers to Autographed Films and the client refers to the person responsible for filling out the online videography form.
2. Guaranteed reservation of the photographer(s) and/or videographer(s) with a 30% depositis due at least three months prior to the event date.
3. Upon submission of the form, the company will send an invoice to the client within 1-2 business days. Payment can be made directly through the invoice by direct transfer or by card. Please note that card payments made through the invoice will include a 2% fee. Other payment options include Venmo, Paypal, and sending payment through the mail.
4. Full balance is due prior to or day of the event.
5. The company, photographer(s), and/or videographer(s) reserve the right to use video footage for promotional purposes. All highlight videos will be posted online at autographedfilms.com and/or other social media platforms, so it may be shared with family and friends.
6. If, for whatever reason, the video fails to fulfill the contract, liability to a maximum will be a refund of the deposit only.
7. In the event of cancellation of the event, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of postponement, the company will work to reserve the revised date.
8. Photographer(s) and/or videographer(s) will be provided dinner plates during the reception.
9. Video delivery will occur between one to three months after the event date.
10. For any events that require the photographer(s) and/or videographer(s) to travel more than an hour will require an upcharge for travel expenses on a case-by-case basis.
11. In low lighting situations, free standing lighting or a mounted light may be used unless otherwise requested. However, this may affect the quality of the final product. Every effort is made to ensure the image quality is good, although certain conditions will affect the final product.
12. Videographer(s) will use lavalier microphones for the ceremony and for speeches at the reception unless otherwise requested. The use of microphones is to ensure the best audio quality.
13. In the unlikely event of total video or photo loss on the part of the company, clients will receive a full refund.
14. In the event of an unsafe working environment, the clients are liable to pay for any equipment broken by event guests.
15. Clients have final say in what they want included or omitted in their video if it’s reasonable and within the ability of the editor. If the client would like to make changes, they are allowed up to two revision passes.
16. All military personnel, veterans, members of law enforcement and first responders may receive a 10% discount from their total purchase. Verification (Military ID, Responders ID, etc) must be included upon submission of the form.
17. By submitting the online form at http://www.autographedfilms.com, both the client and Autographed Films are in agreement upon these conditions unless other terms are agreed upon.
